The main recruitment time is July - October. During this time all the companies will be busy reviewing CV's and interviewing. Dont panic if you havent got a job by November. Companies regularly contact Natives looking for staff up to the start of the season thanks to last minute drop-outs caused by unforeseen job offers and love affairs. By December, it may be that we might put you in contact with a company who will give employ you on the basis of a telephone interview. We will have spoken to you first though, so there's nto point trying to bluff it - we know what questions to ask! There are still jobs available through the season itself. Many staff don't last. Working a ski season is actually quite hard work and some have neither the ability nor inclination for this. The first week in January is usually when they resign or are sacked, so a well-timed call to us then can often pay off. |
